Wendy Mistral Chunky Jumper
Posted on | June 15, 2008
I have been busy building a website for my other half who has just started up an offline business of his own, so I haven’t had much time to post to the blog. But I have been knitting.
A while ago I bought some Wendy Mistral Chunky yarn. I had hoped to use it to knit a certain jumper but it turns out that there wasn’t enough. So I eventually found a pattern for Mistral and knitted the smallest size to make sure that I have enough yarn to do more.
The white bits are in the yarn. This is a simple pattern with the cables at the front the only detail, the rest is all plain knitting.
This is a 32″ and took 8 x 50g balls.
Wendy Mistral Chunky contains 29% Wool, 68% Acrylic and 3% Polyester.
It can be machine washed at 40 degrees.
I have enough yarn to do another 4 jumpers in various sizes and colours.
I will post pictures when I have them done.
